Why did you leave this as a review and not a support request? I just went through setup myself and everything connected fine, including Analytics. Make sure you are signed in to your Google account before you start setup, I think it helps.

I don’t believe we have any custom code that overrides the sold by labels. I just checked the functions.php and can’t see anything there (I search for ‘sold by’ and nothing came up).

There are two ways:
1) Go to Products then All Products then Quick Edit.
2) Go to Products then All Products then highlight a product and click Edit and ApplyOK thanks. Will just wait for the release (hope it isn’t long)
Will a fix for this be implemented in the plugin itself or is the wp config thing the way to do it?

Not a theme or plugin conflict, I tried both. Also using latest versions of everything etc.
Everything is ticked under capabilities > general except ‘publish approval’. I’ve also tried unticking, saving, then re-ticking to no effect.
On the Vendor Dashboard page, the links for Add New Product and Edit Products are the same: https://website.com/wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=product

This is what a vendor just emailed us to describe the problem:
‘I have no edit option for my listings. When I click “Edit Products”, it takes me straight to ADD A NEW PRODUCT. When I view the list of my already published covers, there are no editing options available under any of them.’
I just reset the roles but doesn’t seem to have made any difference.
When a vendor hovers over a product, no options show. No option to ‘Edit’ etc. See:
I believe the steps to reproduce would be:
1. place an order for product X (which only has stock of 1, so after the order stock is 0)
2. pay commission associated with sale of product X so commission status is now paid
3. delete product X
4. see if new commission generated after deletion
