Thanks for your feedback.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. However, a few of the issues you mentioned are not entirely accurate. Please see our clarification below:
- Theme Preview Not Showing on Front End :
The “Testimonial Query Theme 1–5” options shown in the settings select box are for configuring the shortcode output. These themes do not automatically appear on the front end unless you use the provided shortcode on a post or page. To preview your selected style and settings, please insert the shortcode into a page or post and view it there. - Testimonial Fields Placeholders :
The placeholder texts for testimonial fields are designed for the backend form view only. They help you identify the fields while configuring them, but they do not appear on the front end. - Rating Style :
Not all rating styles are available in the free version. To access and use all rating style options, please upgrade to the Pro version of the plugin. - Collect User Login Details & Restrict Submission to Logged-in Users :
These features are not currently available in our plugin. However, we appreciate your suggestion — we’ll consider adding these options in a future update to improve functionality and user control.
If you have more questions please let us know.
Hi,
Thank you for your question. It looks like the accessibility issues you’re seeing might be coming from a different plugin. Could you please confirm the version number of the plugin you have installed? This will help us investigate further and provide you with the appropriate solution.Looking forward to your response.
Thank you for your question.
Unfortunately, the feature you’re looking for is not available at the moment. However, we’ll consider adding it in a future update.

Best RegardsThank you for reaching out to us.
This issue typically occurs during plugin updates—particularly automatic updates—due to a naming conflict between two different plugins that happen to use the same slug (team-showcase). When we initially released our plugin, the automatic update feature was not available. However, with its later introduction, the update system began relying on the plugin’s slug and folder name to identify updates.Unfortunately, because both plugins share the same slug, the update process may mistakenly overwrite one plugin with the other, even though they are developed by different authors and distributed through separate marketplaces.
We would also like to clarify that we are not affiliated with the plugin available on CodeCanyon. Our plugin is entirely separate and unrelated to the CodeCanyon version. If you check your purchase records, you will find that your plugin was obtained from the CodeCanyon marketplace.
We sincerely hope this explanation helps clarify the situation. If you now have a better understanding of the issue, we kindly ask you to consider updating your feedback. A positive review would mean a great deal to us and help support our continued development.
Thank you once again for your time and understanding.

Thank you for your detailed feedback! The issue you’re experiencing with the team members being cut off after 10, despite setting the display limit to 99, is likely due to the limitation in the free version of the plugin. In the free version, the number of team members displayed is capped at 10.
However, this limitation will be removed in the next release, and we are actively working on this update.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding!
Hi,
Thank you for your detailed feedback! We truly appreciate you pointing out the discrepancy with the “Unlimited Team List with custom style” description. You are correct that the free version has a limitation of displaying only 10 team members. However, I’m happy to inform you that we will be removing this limitation in our upcoming release. Also, we appreciate your suggestion regarding the “Member Limit” setting text. We agree that renaming it to “Member Limit: Limit number of team members to show” would make it clearer, and we will implement this change in our next update.
Thanks again for your valuable input, and we’re excited to continue improving the plugin for you!
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us. We have carefully reviewed your support ticket and the shortcode you provided. Based on our findings, it appears that the shortcode belongs to a different plugin, likely due to a namespace conflict between two plugins. This issue may have occurred during the update process, where one plugin replaced the other.Could you please check your plugin purchase details? If you purchased the plugin from CodeCanyon, we recommend downloading the latest version from your CodeCanyon account and reinstalling it.
We hope this helps resolve your issue. Please feel free to reach out if you need any further assistance—we’re happy to help!
Best Regards
