I “fixed” the problem by creating a clone of the page from scratch, but I haven’t deleted the broken one in case it was still possible to diagnose the problem. When I went to grab screenshots just now, the published version was fully functional again so…not sure what happened but I guess it’s fine now??? Thank you for your response!
