Waited an hour and a half, and started looking for assistance from wherever I could find it. I reiterate, there was no hours of operation or time zones so I expected help during the day.

In reply to: [Colibri WP] Why am I not getting a response from Support???I just wanted to follow up and say that I did get the code from the CEO over the weekend. Searching for instructions in my receipt and your site, there was no indication about times of operation and response times. If I had that along with instructions for refund, I would have been a little more at ease waiting for a response. Where I was, it was the late afternoon and an email for a code is normally immediate. When there was no response it felt like a scam.
(no, the email wasn’t in my junk folder, that’s the first thing I checked).
A little bit of information would have gone a long way to providing an initial first impression.
But I have it now, so far so good. Thank you.

In reply to: [Ultimate Ads Manager] Parse Error using PHP7 ultimate-ads-managerI was able to disable the plugin itself. Long story, but it’s an issue on my end. And there is something on line 24 now that things are straightened out on my end.
We received noticed from the Hosting company that they would be updating the php so I figured since the site hasn’t update in a while I should make sure that it was up to date too. Looking in the Cpanel under Server Information it says PHP 7.2.10. In the backend of WP I see it says the it’s running on an unstable version of PHP. I’m not sure what to do at this point.
This evening I will try and reinstall a fresh version of the plugin. Everything is back to normal except for this plugin now.

I use a child theme so I’m not concerned with the theme updates. I have to modify the hovers, but it’s how I expect it to be. As you mentioned:

}fixes some of the hovers.

I had it set to quantity ‘1’ because when I selected ‘All’, they all showed up one below the other, no sliding. But just now, when I turned on compatibility mode and selected quantity ‘All’. They transition as they should.

I’m using WP 4.4.2 and the slideshow isn’t working. I used <?php echo do_shortcode(“[testimonial_view id=2]”); ?> in the footer. I have currently 3 testimonials, the first one shows be the others don’t cycle through. I even tried the shortcode directly on a page and it wasn’t working.
Any ideas as to what I could be missing.

I had backed up the site prior to updating. I updated a bunch of plugins, so I restored plugins and DB. Everything returned to how it should be. I then only updated UAM and the same problems returned.
It also caused WP to not be able to upload media into the library. It always gives an error and says to try again later.
I restored plugins and db again, updated all but UAM. Now everything is fine, so I won’t be updating to the latest version at this time.
“Error moving to trash” as well when I try to delete the ad.
