I see that you changed your theme, does the site load correctly with a default theme like twenty fifteen?
If not, then it’s most likely an issue with your host and you’ll need to reach out to them.
Do you have any caching plugins installed? It sounds like caching is at play here, which is why your site would load when you’re logged out.

After checking out your page source, you have an extra <title> tag that’s empty, just above the title you’ve set.
It currently looks like this:
<title></title>Try using the editor under “appearance” in the menu to remove this extra tag. Make sure you don’t delete the wrong one.

Are you having issues logging in to your ww.wp.xz.cn account or your personal website? They use two separate usernames and passwords.
If you can’t log in to your website, you need to reset your password here, not through ww.wp.xz.cn. Have you tried this yet?
