We uninstalled the plugin and put it back on, but it saved all the settings so wasn’t like it had been uninstalled and now it won’t validate at all despite still going the feed here http://teltales.port.ac.uk/feed/podcast

I’m so confused….

I’m not the admin of the site (I have the rights but it’s not my place to take anything offline or down)

How do you run plugin or theme conflicts? I don’t think we have too much on the site that should cause an issue.

In iTunes connect it just gave me this error
Podcast artwork must be between 1400 x 1400 and 3000 x 3000 pixels, JPG or PNG, in RGB color space, and hosted on a server that allows HTTP head requests

It was 1400×1400 but made it 3000×3000 anyway.

Now it has come back with
Can’t download episodes from your feed.

Although they appear in the bottom of the validate box.

Now it says Can’t read your feed.

I’m just confused as to what is wrong!

As an extra question, if I uninstall the plugin and reinstall it, I want to have it forget all settings and start again and see if that helps.
