do_shortcode doesn’t work with ai1ec shortcodes. You will need to put the shortcodes by using WP dashboard -> Edit page -> Put the shortcode in wysiwg editor
None that I can think of right now, you can try browsing help.then.ly maybe someone else had that problem.
Yes, I understand that but how would we display the event in different views.
Say you go to the day view and the event X starts on the start date but when does it end? In an hour? in half an hour? at the end of the day?
When we implement the TBA(to be announced) option we will probably set the event to end in 1 hour after the start date – in all cases we will need to set some end date. You can create a custom theme for the plugin and change the .tooltip to .ai1ec-tooltip inside the theme. You can find more information here: http://help.then.ly/
You can find the answer to all the questions on our website: help.then.ly
Does that window fire up only in IE? What about chrome, firefox, opera?
Right now, that’s not possible.
To be announced option will be available soon.if your event starts today, when does it end?
That’s on our roadmap but we haven’t decided what version to put that on – it will be after versions 1.7 and 1.8
Use shortcodes: http://help.then.ly/customer/portal/articles/530440-what-shortcodes-are-available-
Assign your calendar.php template to a page and put the shortcodes inside the content of the page.@machouinard
Your site URL is www.domain.com while your home page links to just domain.com
For some reason, http://www.domain.com hosts the old, 1.5 version, of the plugin and your domain.com install hosts the 1.6.3 version of the plugin.
Is it possible that you have 2 wordpress versions installed? one on http://www.domain.com and one on domain.com?The above could be completely wrong, I concluded that you are using the 1.5 version because the widget on http://www.domain.com is looking for css/js files at location that was used in v1.5
Version 1.6 is using a new location for js/css files: wp-content/themes-ai1ec
http://www.domain.com looks for the files in the wrong(old) location while domain.com looks for the files in the right location. That’s on our roadmap for 1.8
That’s a good idea. It has been discussed before and we have decided to add such option on settings page or via some other way. It hasn’t been implemented yet and it is not planned for 1.7 or 1.8 – maybe for 1.9? or 2.0?
Sure, can you post that bug report on help.then.ly and it will be entered in our system.
Thank youThanks – can you post it on help.then.ly our support team will enter this bug in our database and our developers will check it and fix it 🙂
Thanks for reporting this – it is a known issue that we are working on and we aim to have it fixed in 1.7.
Deleting the folder shouldn’t fix the issue – the plugin checks if the folder exists and if it doesn’t, the plugin will recreate it and put the themes in there – the plugin cannot work without themes, it’s like wordpress working without themes – not possible 🙂
