i also having trouble with the opt-in checkbox. what is the correct short code i must add to say “subscribe to the newsletter” with the Check Box?

Also, WHERE do I paste the shortcode?

Had the same issue. I deleted the plug-in, re-installed it, then only configured the “one-click” option. I didn’t do any of the other “fixes”

how did you get yours to work? When I activate it nothing happens, nothing appears on the site 🙁

What do you mean by “open all posts”? If you mean clicking on them/making sure they are active – I’ve tried this. It doesnt work. Is there something else I can do to make it work?
