In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Akismet url optionI added it to my subject and message text boxes and tested it by sending some generic urls (link to a facebook page etc), and that worked fine.
But I guess it’s safer to leave it out. Thanks for your reply!

But the problem actually remains, it seems, and it wasn’t the plugin after all. It began when the host server was upgraded from PHP 5.6 to 7.1 (brought on by another prompt from your plugin!)
Host guy says he can’t find any errors that could be causing it. He tried switching to PHP 7.0 as well. Any clues?
