By the way, maybe your plugin also still read the old custom YouTube URL likes http://www.youtube.com/user/username. Today custom URL is: http://www.youtube.com/c/username.
This plugin actually works well in sidebar, but there’s problem in shortcode.
I got the same problem. I think your php shortcode code needs to be fixed. Everytime I use shortcode on page, the channel not showing my youtube channel stream but the “youtube” stream. I’ve tried to change the API and use my Channel ID or User ID, and it’s still same.
