@njones35 I am administering a new website from a third party. I have yet to find out which account was used to purchase Formidable form plugins, which is necessary for the helpdesk. Do you know what I can do?
I found the answer with Mailer Lite support
Ensure that “Marketing Permissions” were accepted by the customer during the checkout process.
(I have also checked this subscriber’s data in MailerLite , but it seems that marketing permissions is 0, which means it was not accepted by this customer ( usually there’s a checkbox for marketing permissions on the checkout page).)
