I use the option related posts of the plugin jetpack. But only in that the thumbs of the highlighted image is not appearing. All others are ok, doing an inspection of the element found this difference to others:
jp-relatedposts-post-nothumbs
In this appears as NOthumbs and does not bring the address of the highlighted image, while the other is like jp-relatedposts post-thumbs and carries the address of the highlighted image.

Has anyone experienced this or have any idea why only this post is getting that way?
I’m already using version 4.0 of wordpress and the problem was also happening in the previous version.
