LearnPress system only provide functions about course, it don’t develop function login/register user, so it use default login WordPress for user register/login when enable on page Profile, you can disable on LearnPress/Settings/Profile untick option “Enable register form” (default is disable).

You can use some plugin Captcha, Wordfence to security, check spam.

We fixed link 404 sitemap for case of Rank Math and case another plugin SEO write by standard of WordPress use wp_sitemaps_post_types filter. You can check link https://edupress.thimpress.com/sitemap_index.xml. If another plugins SEO don’t write like standard of WP, we need to check, then add code fix only for each plugins. Like Rank Math, it don’t write like standard of WP, it write query get post types and create link, so we must custom code only for Rank Math. You can see it in the code https://github.com/rankmath/seo-by-rank-math/blob/7509aed931a3008dc601606f8fb23908c71c5b36/includes/modules/sitemap/providers/class-post-type.php#L99

Rank math has option to disable link post type. You can read more guide on the https://rankmath.com/kb/configure-sitemaps/

Summary: sitemap can create by each plugin, no need write by standard of WP, because WP add it to core from WordPress 5.5, after code of SEO plugin like Rank math, Yoast, All-in-One-SEO, Jetpack… So we can’t check fix all case with plugin SEO we don’t know, we’ll try fix with plugin popular and we know.

brianvu-tp is a man, his try to to understand your mind, but he can misunderstand. Now we need clarify some issues.
1. To view item of course, user need enroll course. So the format link default of WP when create post type like [domain-name]/lessons/lessons-slug will be redirect to 404. We will create a link instead of with format [domain-name]/course/course-slug/lessons/lessons-slug.
2. LearnPress don’t handle sitemap, the sitemap you told wp-sitemap-posts-lp_quiz-1.xml created by Rank Math plugin.

So now, we can understand that we need to ensure there are no create ‘404’ links on sitemap. Is that what you mean? So, we need to review code handle the Rank Math to check can do that, because it not plugin write by us.
