Thanks for the instructions – we’ve checked the PayPal settings and we didn’t have the billing phone number set as mandatory within PayPal so that is now set.

The orders that have come up with the billing_phone_required have been paid for using credit/debit card through the Braintree gateway – not by customers using their PayPal account?? Would this still need the billing phone enabled within PayPal??
Do you have any instructions on how to enable the billing phone number?? I don’t have access to the PayPal account – so need to get a non-techie person to do it.
