I have already contacted your support several days ago, but my case has been on hold for 4 days now.
I have no idea what the status is. Your support has not kept me updated as they promised.
It is absolutely crucial that this issue gets resolved asap – otherwise I’ll have to look for a new tracking provider.
That’s why I turned to the community in hope of a quick solution.
