1. Well, it happened both to the user and myself. The most recent time, the user tried it a couple of times and got locked out. Since it was a recent block, I could easily unblock it. I was able to post it for him without incident. Still, it would have been better if I could just push it back to the Comments queue and approve it.

3. Definitely not good enough: I don’t want to delete them all, since they were put there for good reason. But I figure it’d be nice to delete old ones, and I don’t want to do that one by one.

As usual, it’s a user error: I created the shipping class, but then didn’t assign to the shipping zone. I don’t see a way to make your directions more clear: we just need to follow them closely. Thanks for your quick reply!
