I found the culprit. Under settings/general, I had the Website address (URL) set to https://domainname.no. I changed it back to the temporary domain name I got from my webhost (which I have for the WordPress address (URL) field).
I will work with the settings like this till I’m ready to publish the site and then change the website (URL) to be the correct one.
I hope this might help others facing the same issue.
I have the same problem. WordPress 6.7.2 and Under Construction plugin version 4.02. I have deleted cache, logged in and out, tried disabling other plugins, tried a different theme. No change. I still see the maintenance page when trying to view my design, and logged in as admin.
I’m having the same problem. Will I have to upgrade to fix this?
