Both. When I create a new one and add all the information and save it, it doesn’t appear in the list.
If we try to update existing petitions the changes aren’t save.
Also, I’ve just noticed that if I paste the shortcode into a page it doesn’t display.

It’s a new install. We had an older version but had uninstalled that.
We have the Version 2.15.1
Our WordPress version is 5.9.3
PHP version 7.4
When we try to edit our existing petitions the changes aren’t updated.
