Check you permalink structure, it should be “/%post_id%/%postname%”
Gary, you can use the WP plugin CodeStyling Localization http://www.ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/codestyling-localization/ to change the strings inside your WP admin backend.

That doesn’t work, there is only the version 1.9.6 available while 1.9.7 is needed.
