At time of setup indeed i had some issues with my piwik domain and ssl setup. so maybe there was an unvisible error.
test script? never heared about it (i am new to piwik). autoconfig was not enabled.
never the less, piwik is working fine and look a way nicer then google analytics.

i´ve found a quick and dirty hack.
just update wordpress database with
update [wp-prefix]_options set option_value="1" where option_name = "wp-piwik-site_id";
where 1 is your siteID from Piwik. Previous value of this field was empty.
