Thanks for your quick reply. I have been able to import many other Divi layouts – just this one is not working.
I will check with Divi and see if they can help me…

I have downloaded that json file and tried to import it into the divi library through going into the Divi Library page, clicking on the Import & Export Button and then the import button in the popup window. The process appears to work correctly as the green tickbox appears in the popup window but once the page refreshes the layout does not appear in the library.
The file I am downloading is only 7kb – is this correct?
