I have the same problem, it looks like the POST variables are note included and it looks like the POST request is changed to GET.
We used to have blog.domain.com and it is now http://www.domain.com/blog.
On http://www.domain.com I have varnish and nginx, the WordPress is on another host and there we use Apache in front of WordPress.
If you have a clue on how to fix this I would like to hear about it.
