Same situation on my end. I send them manually. The client does not have access to this function. Crazy!
Everything is 100% up to date. Problem started with woo update.
“add_to_cart_fragments” defined in the code is no longer able to be used, it needs to be replaced with the function “woocommerce_add_to_cart_fragments”
I am having a email issue as well. Client and contract are not receiving email notifications of products ordered. The above is an error message. Happen after update yesterday.

Nevermind, I figured out a solution. I had to downgrade to the 1.4.2 version of the plugin. Works perfectly now.
