Thanks for your quick response.
I’ve sent a request through the provided form link, but didn’t get an answer yet.
Just wrote another reply mail and hope it helps. 😉Thanks for taking care of this!

Thanks a lot.Awesome support!
😉Hi!
Yes, it works now.
But still strange…Is it possible to “move” the statistics/data from * to *?
At the moment, the stats are lost for the first/original site.
Would be nice – if possible without great effort.
Otherwise there is still the server statistic. Thanks!

Hi Liz
Thank you for your prompt reply.
I’m using the latest Chrome version (80.0.3987.149 (official build) (64-Bit)).
No extensions enabled.I’m not sure, if the problem is connected to the specific site or WordPress.com account.
Seems more to be a misbehaviour in Chrome.
I’ve activated Jetpack for another site about one or two weeks ago – without problems. In this case the problem was/is with pendelbasel.ch (that’s the new domain) and the old dev-domain vor-schau.ch (now connected to another WordPress.com account).
As I wrote, that worked in FireFox (latest version) without any problem…Strange… isnt’t it?
Thanks for your support!
Best,
Thomas.Info after some testing:
Seems to be a Chrome problem! Same problem in Chrome after restart and in the “incognito” mode. But it works in FireFox. So I could reconnect.
But I have no clue, why this is not working in Chrome…problem solved!
..or wasn’t a plugin or wp problem at all.
just not enough memory for the virtual host.
we’ve changed the hosting – and everything works perfect!
sorry for the fuss..
