The problem is that the language switcher is missing. I have checked some tutorials that they have the language switcher in their menu setting page but the one I have did not get it. Thus, I would like to ask whether I need to set anything to get it.

I know that the values is passed using http_post, but i dont know where does the values of the form pass to the function wp_insert_user in the wp_signup.php.
