It seems impossible to toggle on and off many other plugins to fix just this issue. It does not goes as I expect but I think the topic may be closed now. Thank you all for your support.
Hi, I’ve just updated to latest version of WP Dark Mode (which is 5.1.2) but the issue still remains.
After I reload the dashboard, settings seem to be unchanged. I have recorded a video here.

Hi,
I have cleared cache but the issue still persists. I notice a problem that might be the cause for this issue. After I turn off Display Floating Switch and click Save changes, there is a notification telling it is saved successfully. But when I come back to see the settings, the toggle is still ON. Looks like it does not save the changes.

As I read on Woo’s instructions, Force Download allows people to get the file without knowing the download link (in this case, Google Drive link), so somehow it reduces the risk of them sharing the link. I thought it would be at least some amount of privacy protection. Am I get it wrong?
For your question, I am afraid the files could burden web server, though I am not sure it is the right concern.

I believe my issue comes from the same source. My checkout page is the default one that Woo-Commerce created. My theme use block editor and Woo-Commerce checkout block in the checkout page is locked, so I can not edit fields.
Could you please clarify how to use the shortcode [woocommerce_checkout] to create the checkout page cause I am new and dont understand how to do it exactly?
