    Hi Thomas. I’ll try your suggestion. I don’t have hosting cache (which I believe is generally with dedicated hosting plans – which is not my case). I’m using only the plugin cache and the problem also occurs in private windows, which is how I test navigation as a logged-out user. I’ll test the steps your suggested and let you know. Thank you.

    Regarding my previous suggestion: in fact it could be possible to show content to both logged-in users (subscribers to a specific plan) and logged-out users, as I showed in the example in my previous message. It’s a valid non self-excludent option. I’ll try to explain better:

    A) View the content (the content is available to):
    1. Logged in users who subscribe to a specific plan (e.g. “plan A”), AND;
    2. Logged-out users (anyone who is not logged in).

    Consequentially:
    B) Do not view the content (the content is restricted to):
    1. Logged in users subscribed to any plan, except “plan A”

    I think it’s clearer now.

    Thank you for your answer, Thomas. For my website ideas, restricting blocks or sections of pages is usually the best option, although I will also make some whole pages completely restricted (the pages that are entirely exclusive to members).

    Initially, I was using the “start/end restriction” block (I couldn’t get shortcodes to work), until I discovered the native PMS option present in each page block, which for me is the most practical and extremely convenient way. The summary of my original problem: the “logged out users” button works correctly to show an image to logged-out users, but if it’s a paragraph instead of an image, it doesn’t show anything to logged-out users (explained with captions on the printscreen).

    I’ve noticed a strange new behavior: the “enable custom message” button is supposed to show a custom message for logged-in members (as stated in the text “Custom message for logged-in users”), however it appears for logged-out users. Ironically, this is allowing me to work around the original problem and display a custom message for logged-out users. (also shown with captions on the printscreen).

    The drawback of the “Show content to” section (“all users”/”logged in users”/”logged out users”) is that it doesn’t allow a simultaneous selection of the “Logged in users” and “Logged out users” categories. For example:

    Show content to (simultaneously):
    – Logged in users: [plan name]
    – Logged out users (anyone not logged in)

    It would be great to have this option.
