Update: I have updated to WP 4.3 and removed all un-needed plugins.
But the issue still remains. I have tried the site from different computers/browsers (Safari/Mac, Chrome/PC, IE/PC, Firefox/Mac, Firefox/PC) no difference.
What I can do is using Chrome on a PC and the F12 Inspector, highlight the unwanted image then delete to fix the issue. But it doesn’t save – obviously.
It is a shame I can’t post screen shots
I need to know what file in the Soliloquy plugin folder is the one to edit to remove this annoying padding/element.
I have 4 carousels in use on different pages and they all exhibit the problem.
Have you an email address I can send the screenshots to?

Is the link where I saw the original Resolved post, it doesn’t show what was done to resolve it.

In my case its not White/pink..its white/grey. My Theme is Hueman with a child theme and WordPress is v4.2.4 I am reluctant to update to v4.3 until the issue is resolved. The site is currently localhost but I have an online version that exhibits the same fault.
