I did not know a whitespace like that would have an effect, we are taking a look at our theme’s code to see if we can resolve the issue there.

We just noticed that even with the tags in head (https://bestreviews.net/ for example) the image preview does not work on facebook.

@mikes41720 , thank you for responding.
The meta tags created by yoast are indeed added to the body instead of the head. Yoast is still working and activily adding these to the body on new posts.
Do you know what might cause yoast to put the there instead of the head?
