Thanks for your answer. You are right, we are using ACF, however I have checked again everywhere, and there doesn’t seem to be any option related to custom fields. ACF has no options at all, and I didn’t find anything in woocommerce settings.
Online, the only things I find about order page custom fields are related to plugins to add product/checkout custom fields.
Do you know by any chance where to look exactly to see if that feature is disabled?
We are using woocommerce 8.0.6, if that changes anything.

Thanks a lot for your quick answer!
That did the job, I fixed the <p> issue (which was fine in WordPress editor, and fine everywhere else using the exact same code – so I just removed the <p> here – Still not sure what exactly happened to show like this in the feed.)
One last small thing: in the preview, I only see the post titles, and I am not sure if it’s normal (no picture or description of the article).

Just to make it clear: in my case, I wasn’t using Gutenberg, but classic editor (I hate Gutenberg editor, in shouldn’t be integrated in WordPress by default IMHO).
Is what you are implementing for Gutenberg creating the issues?
