…now Pagespeed insight is loading the page correctly without having done anything at all on the site. So the problem fixed by itself it seems…
Does anyone have any ideas as to why it resolved by itself?
Theme, plugins etc were all updated to the latest versions, using Siteground for hosting, domain, and DNS. Cache was cleared. No CDN.

Had the same problem – using the solution of reverting down to WP 5.4.2 with WC 4.4.1 as discovered by @mtlsam, which seems to be working well. Thx
Thank you! Deleting it worked like a charm (I likely caused the problem myself by switching site main language, uninstalling and reinstalling this plugin…but this worked) You learn something new every day 🙂
