I can confirm this is an idxPress issue. I noticed my client’s site that runs tihs plugin was running extremely slow and was unresponsive.
After deactivating the idxPress plugin, the site returned to normal and the load times returned back to normal (lightning quick).
After activating the plugin back, the site went back to slow & unresponsive. Not sure what’s going on over at Diverse Solutions, but it looks like this is an issue on their end.

What plugin are you using for the contact form?
There’s a lot of plugins you can use, but it’s really all on your server (hosting company)
I used Cloudflare services as well, and my website runs pretty fast and smooth. 🙂
