New version is released. Please update the plugin. This should resolve the issue. If you face any problem after updating the plugin, feel free to comment here.
Did you update MailPoet plugin to 5.0.0 ? Currently MailPoet 5.0.0 is not supported. We are working on it and will publish a new version soon. Temporary workaround is to downgrade Mailpoet plugin.
We could not reproduce the issue at our end. Can you please provide more details? like wp , mailpoet and cf7 versions

I have tested it on the link you mentioned , I received a double opt in email and it is working as expected. Please make sure that the email you are submitting via CF7 form is not already in the subscriber list.

Currently adding users to multiple list without selecting the lists is not supported.
We will have a look on this issue with the welcome email and get back to you soon.We have published a new version today. Please update the plugin , updating the plugin should resolve the issue.
