Hello,
Are you using the version 1.0.0 downloaded from WordPress plugin directory? In the stacktrace provided I see TRP prefix, which was removed before version 1.0.0 and the line 659 in class-translation-manager.php contains a comment not code. Please try reinstalling the plugin, and if the issue still remains, clear eTranslation Multilingual plugin settings from database.
