Many thanks. I tested a bit between autoptimize, cache enabler, and the performance settings in my avada theme. Now it´s working fine nearly.
Only the page speed mobil results are bad with under 30 score. The rest is between 90 and 96 in gtmetrix, pingdomtools, and pagespeedinsights. Also the TTFB is mostly under 300 ms in Europe.https://gtmetrix.com/reports/konstanz-kosmetik.de/PP7YJeXt

Each zone with one country is working fine. A zone with multiple countries does only work with the last country in the list. Isn´t it possible to work with multiple countries in a zone? For example: Zone “Europe” with Germany, Austria, Belgium and so on…

My theme has no child theme with the cart.php
I downloaded the whole folder (wp-content) and searched all files for the:
<?php woocommerce_cart_totals(); ?>
Is it possilbe to delete below actions instead of the above code, or has it any negative effect?

With 15mm it´s perfekt now. It stretched the image, because the image was not 3 cm high. I was confused a little bit, because I exported the logo in px and not in cm.

Thanks for your answer. When I start the “outlook to html” function, the pdf invoice still received by email. But in a different design without logos. Please see following example.

Also it doesn´t output to html. Should it output to html in the email confirmation or directly after the payment?
