I had the same problem. I removed the “St” from the end of the street address and it suddenly started working.

I found this function websitez_filter_advanced_page, commented everything in it and wrote a return statement that returns the original $html parameter without any modification.

You’re welcome. I also installed “Login Alert” By PasqualePuzio to add that feature but I would prefer to have it all done through 1 plugin. Especially since his only gives the username, date and time of the login. I appreciate the fact that yours provides the IP address. 🙂
