The template I was using has a builtin slideshow fortunately. I didn’t try the PHP page that reintroduces the security issue. Now I just need to add some CSS for copy and call-to-action button for the builtin slideshow. Appreciate the advice.
I’ll check it out. I still don’t understand why this code is automatically generated by MetaSlider:

“cssclass” should be “class” so why would that be used by MetaSlider?
