• Did you recently change your time format?

You should not be able to finish the booking process without selecting an appointment time. Can you check your browser console for any error messages that appear while you are on your booking form page? Also, check your PHP error logs for anything related to Time Slot. Can you check that your Time Slot business hours are using the H:i format? You can also try saving the business hours again.
