the explanation i see in their support forums is that it is most likely a conflict with another part of site. either another plugin or the theme itself that is loading jQuery more than once on a page.
take a look at theirsupport forum. it’s still not running correctly on my site. good luck.
Conflict is with GTranslate Plug- In, which is a real bummer. My client is a Lao travel agent and really needs a good translation service for their customers. I’ll try the SlideDeck support forums for a solution.
