I have the same problem as above.
Under site branding, I cannot get the logo to work:
1). When you select “Only Logo” you get the site title and description but no logo
2). When you select “Logo plus site title&description” you don’t get the logo, but rather a “hot link” to your site in its place.

Unfortunately, I don’t know what version was used originally or subsequently for the backups since the entire Web site was lost. I can tell you it was originally installed in late December of 2011.
I had the backups sent to me via e-mail weekly. I used AES128 and the number of characters is 10. I’d be glad to send screen shots of my credentials and the issues to support.
