Hi fetchnbuy,
Going back and refreshing the page usually resolves this. It’s typically caused by hosting or server limitations rather than the plugin itself.
Thanks Stefano for the detailed report and for contributing.
This fix will be included in the next update so it doesn’t get overwritten.
Please delete the current checkout page, create a new one using the default WordPress editor, and add the
[woocommerce_checkout]shortcode directly. That should fix it.Hi xaviertanos,
I can’t access the checkout page, cause there are no products on your website to simulate the checkout experience
Some of your WordPress debug settings are set to true. For a live site, they should all be set to false. From your screenshot, several debug options are enabled — you need to disable them.

Also, we noticed that your current configuration has:
define(‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, true);
We recommend turning this off in a live environment, as it may show warnings or notices that don’t affect actual functionality.
You can do this by updating the line to:
define(‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false);
This will prevent unnecessary messages from displaying on your site.We’ve released v2.0.8, which should fix this. Please update and revert

Hi Xavier,
We’ll push an update to fix this in a couple of hours.
The feature to add icons to the payment methods is not available yet. When it is ready, you’ll be updated.
The issue seems to be from your current page builder; it’s adding extra HTML like
<p>tags to the checkout shortcode, which can break the page.Please delete the current checkout page, create a new one using the default WordPress editor, and add the
[woocommerce_checkout]shortcode directly. That should fix it.
Try that out and let me know if it works.- This reply was modified 10 months, 4 weeks ago by Timileyin Olabajo.
Are you using the default WooCommerce checkout shortcode. Can you drop a screenshot? so I can see
Our plugin doesn’t interface with the “Place Order” button on Woocommerce checkout at all. Please try troubleshooting, by activating and deactivating other plugins.
To confirm this you can deactivate other plugins related to Woocommerce checkout and just leave Direct Payments for Woocommerce, you should notice the buttons will be gone.

Looking forward to helping you further!
Can you send a screenshot of what you’re experiencing?
