    I am now a paid Creator and excited to get started with WordPress Creator features…

    I have been asked to contact Woocommerce directly as WP Swings WooCommerce Subscriptions Pro plugin and PayFast Gateway is not working with recurring payments and renewals…

    The first payment goes out fine but when the client needs to renew the payment isn’t processed.

    ANd I need Woocommerce to see what the problem lies and if custom work needs to be done.

    Regarding the error your developer refers to, this is usually related to your Payfast account recurring billing settings not being configured correctly, however, I have double-checked and all appears to be in order from our side.

    Also as your developer mentioned you are actually using the Woocommerce pro plugin for subscriptions, i would suggest possibly contacting Woocommerce directly to see if they can find any errors on their side, as they would then be managing the subscriptions for your account.

    PLease help as it’s been a trying week and very expensive with a developer I pay by the hour.
