It is still confusing for me as a back office administrator. Can you please give me some more information about the following: (I am using PayPal payments standard)
If I set up time period when the appointment is canceled if the funds haven’t been received, how the system will know when the funds has been received so it will not remove the booking from the calendar? Do I have to do that manually?
What about when I put bookings in the calendar manually (the clients will pay at the office) are this bookings will be effected?
And a technical question: the solution you suggested about time interval option it’s not just to set the time, this functionality requires a scheduled cron job is there any more info about that?
I will be grateful if you can help me, I haven’t work with a booking system before
