Our client ultimately decided that pagination was not necessary for the site. I still wanted to find the solution, so I spent a lot of time looking through the code and trying this and that. Nothing worked, and I didn’t get a support response. I did, however, find a different plugin that works perfectly.
That did it. I had avoided re-installing because I thought I might lose the settings, but this was simple and perfect. Thanks!
