Nevermind, figured it out… I had “restricted” United States and was unable to add USA addresses. If you Restrict Countries in the Hivepress Theme, you are restricting to only show those countries and not the other way around.

Still nothing… I even installed the backup of the user.ini file and the wordfence plugin and my site is still broken.
