I tried adding www. it looked like it worked once, but not again after that.
I could not find jQuery 1.7
I tried 1.7.1 and 1.7.2 and saw no change.
I tried the newest version and the ajax did not work at all.
I am now back to 1.8.3
Is this what I would need to do to have the pages always scroll to the top of the page rather than the top of the container?
