Да, в этом и было дело, спасибо!
У меня тоже не обновляется.
Поставил дату – стал называться ym-export-2019-10-06.yml
Убрал дату, удалил файл, заново сгенерировал, все равно ym-export-2019-10-06.yml
и внутри не меняется ничего, какие настройки ни ставь.

No, this is on all sites where I use Webp Express and Fastest Cache.
I have to install the Cache Enabler plugin – it has the item “Create an additional cached version for WebP image support” – http://prntscr.com/p0f2p5
But no matter how much I like it, I’ll clarify that there may be an opportunity in Fastest Cache to work with Webp Express.
Да, жаль, плагин хороший, но после попадания в спам фильтр AdBlock пришлось отключать. Если кто знает альтернативу – пишите. Ну или обновление может будет.
