May be a Paypal requirement?
In any case, my original request wasn’t answered and I figured it thanks to helpful posts like this. 🙂

In reply to: [Cool Video Gallery] Issues with CVG Ver 1.8I am seeing the same issues. Another developer set this up originally. Once it was updated I got a message that it failed to find galleries. I went in checked the galleries and OKed it. Now all of the thumbnail links are missing. How do I reconnect this? When I go to attach media it does nothing – the choose media pulldown has no options.
I have the galleries now “found” and showing up but the thumbnails (manually generated as we’re on a shared server so ffmpeg is not allowed) which were manual are no longer found.
Wish I hadn’t updated. Reading through here it seems unstable.
How do I fix this without recreating all of the galleries?
