there are 4 images. ALL are set to open a custom link with a _blank target but the ‘rising tour’ image does not and opens the image itself in a default (same) window.
this ONLY happens when logged out. When looked in to WP it works fine.
the rising tour image was the last to be edited to open in a blank window. It’s as if it’s still cached but I’ve cleared everything and it DOES work correctly when logged in. 😳😳
