What ended up fixing it for me was a new update to the GoldCart plugin which had new authorize.net certificates. Funny thing was, I had to look up manually to see there was an update even available. No email or WP dashboard notification that there was an update…hope this helps…

Something similar ended up fixing my issue. My Gold Cart was not updated to the latest version even though it showed no available updates and I had received no notification that an update was even available. Eventually, I had to manually delete the GoldCart files from server and reupload new GoldCart files in order to get the latest authnet certificates to work…thanks!
